Hematology and Lymphoid System: 72 y/o man with nausea and vomiting
Clinical Presentation:
A 72 year old man with a history of prostate cancer treated with a radical prostatectomy 5 years ago, diabetes and hypertension presents with nausea, vomiting, and shortness of breath for the past few weeks. He has also had some mild abdominal pain, weight loss of 6-8 lbs and night sweats. The patient was not jaundiced. Physical exam was unremarkable. He did not have a fever.
