Central Nervous System: 51 y/o woman with headache and dizziness
Clinical Presentation:
51 year old woman presents with a 1 month history of headache and dizziness. Her past medical history is significant for asthma, hypertension and diabetes. She explains that her headaches are in the frontal/temporal regions. She has experienced some blurred vision and one episode of expressive aphasia. The headaches are somewhat relieved by aspirin and rest. She denied fever, loss of consciousness or loss of sensory or motor function.
