Central Nervous System: 5 y/o boy with headache, vomiting and unsteadiness
Clinical Presentation:
5 year old boy presents with a 3 week history of headache, vomiting and unsteadiness. His parents noticed that for the past few weeks, he has had difficulty coordinating his movements and had an unsteady gait. He vomits once or twice a day and is generally cranky and lethargic. He has not had any fever or cough and had been an otherwise healthy child. Physical exam was unremarkable except for his ataxia.
