Central Nervous System: 46 y/o woman with progressive left hemiparesis
Clinical Presentation:
46 year old woman presents with a 3 week history of progressive left hemiparesis and decreased mental status. Her past medical history is significant for breast cancer 10 years ago and dermatomyositis for 2 years which has required steroid therapy. On physical exam, she shows muscle weakness in her left extremities. She didn’t know where she was and didn’t know the time of day.
