Genitourinary System: 38 y/o woman with hematuria and left flank pain
Clinical Presentation:
A 38 year old woman with a past medical h/o HodgkinÂ’s disease treated with chemo/radiation therapy in 1979 presents with a one month h/o hematuria and left flank pain. Physical exam showed that the flank pain to be unrelated to position or palpation. There was no evidence of lymphadenopathy or other significant findings. Laboratory test results were unremarkable except for the urinalysis which showed abundant red blood cells and rare white blood cells. Urine cultures were negative for bacteria.
