Hepato-biliary System: 64 y/o man with jaundice, nausea and vomiting.
Clinical Presentation:
A 64 year old man with no significant past medical history presents with jaundice, nausea and vomiting. He denied fever, or abdominal pain. However, he did notice some weight loss over the past few months. Physical exam revealed icteric sclera and skin. He did not have a fever and his abdominal exam was unremarkable. Laboratory tests revealed an elevated bilirubin, AST and ALT.
