Hepato-biliary System: 25 y/o woman with urinary tract infection
Clinical Presentation:
25 year old woman presents with fever, flank pain and hematuria. She has a history of recurrent urinary tract infections. She is otherwise healthy and takes no medications other than oral contraceptives. A renal ultrasound is performed as part of her work up for the urinary tract infection and an incidental mass was identified in the liver. The patient was admitted and given antibiotics. She had an uneventful course and was discharged home.
