Salivary Glands, Gastrointestinal System and Pancreas: 56 y/o woman with dizziness and increased hunger
Clinical Presentation:
A 56 y/o woman presents with a 2 year h/o hypertension. She complains of anxiety, diaphoresis, dizziness, confusion, and increased hunger in the afternoons. She also reports an unintentional 30 pound weight gain over the last year. When she feels dizzy, drinking some juice or eating a candy bar improves her condition.
