Research

My primary research interest is in the design and analysis of clinical trials within the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center and other areas of the Johns Hopkins community. The design issues of Phase I clinical trials and longitudinal studies are two specific areas of interest for me.

I also work on measurement error models. An application of interest to me in this area is using biomarkers to assess and adjust for individual specific measurement error in the covariates of a logistic regression model. The motivation for this work is to assess the relationship between nutrient consumption and disease risk.
