  Pathology Young Investigators' Day 2003

The 5th Annual Pathology Young Investigators' Day was held on Monday, April 21st in the Turner Concourse from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Seventy-two posters were displayed representing the work of residents, fellows and students in collaboration with Pathology Faculty. This annual event is a great opportunity to learn about the research being done in the Department of Pathology.

  Employee Appreciation Day at the Baltimore Zoo

The 2002 Pathology Employee Appreciation Day was held on Sunday, May 19, 2002 at The Baltimore Zoo. In addition to the Baltimore Zoo exhibits, there was a delicious lunch, face painters and a moon bounce for the children to enjoy.

We had a total of 1332 people in attendance (882 adults and 450 children)- making this our largest event ever.

 Lab Week 2002

The clinical laboratory science professional has played an increasingly vital role in the diagnosis and prevention of disease. Sponsored by a number of professional organizations in the medical laboratory field, National Medical Laboratory Week has been observed for many years by the Johns Hopkins Department of Pathology in recognition of these key members of the health care team. In addition to department-wide acknowledgment, each division has it's own special activities and celebrations.
