My research activities focus on the neuropathology of normal aging and the pathology of neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's, Frontotemporal Dementia, Parkinson's and Lewy body disease and Huntington's disease. I am also the manager of the JHU Brain Resource Center, a large repository of well-characterized postmortem brain samples available to researchers at Hopkins and the research community at large. My experience and activities also include forensic neuropathology.
