CE Certificate

Steps to obtain your CE certificate:

  1. Log in to Activtracker
  2. Click on Attendance History
  3. Click on Evaluation beside each session you attended*
  4. Complete the evaluation
  5. Return to Attendance History, click on Download in the Certificate column for each session.
  6. Save for your records.

*Notify if attendance is incorrect between December 7-30, 2020. Please be patient as we are loading attendance manually and plan to have it uploaded no later than December 4. Corrections to attendance will not be made after December 31, 2020.
