Clinical History: 68 year old male undergoes biopsy of a sigmoid polyp. Atypical cells were identified in this hyperplastic polyp. What should be the next therapeutic option be for this patient?

Choose the correct diagnosis:
  a. Nothing, these changes are benign
  b. Perform immunostaining for adenovirus
  c. Draw rubeola (measles) titers
  d. Perform a Tzanck smear of his oral mucosa
  e. Resect the colon. This is carcinoma.
