Clinical History: A 70 year old woman presented with weight loss. An endoscopic evaluation showed an erythematous esophagus at 28.0-34.0 cm concerning for Barrett mucosa.

  a. Barrett mucosa, negative for dysplasia
  b. Unremarkable squamous mucosa
  c. Esophageal leukoplakia
  d. Glycogenic acanthosis
  e. Carcinoma in situ
