From the Rutland garage, take the elevator to the street level, cross the street and check in at the guard station. Walk into the courtyard and enter the Richard Starr Ross Building on your right. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. From the elevators, go left to the central hall and turn right, at the end of the hall, turn left and enter 558 (Administrative offices) , the 2nd door on your right.
