          - 2-3 mls in a Green top - Sodium Heparin tube
          - Send to tube station 072

     Blood
          - NOTE: Bone marrow is the preferred specimen
          - 4 mls in a Green top - Sodium Heparin tube
          - Send to tube station 072

     Tissue, fresh
          - Fresh tissue size 1 cm x 1 cm x 1 cm
          - Place in provided transport media or sterile Hanks - do not place in formalin
          - Contact the Laboratory to arrange specimen delivery (tube to station 072, courier delivery or lab pick up)
