Testing includes: Analysis of interphase cells after CD138 isolation with dual color FISH probes for CDKN2C/CKS1B at 1p32/1q21, TP53 at 17p13, MYC at 8q24.21, IGH/FGFR3 at 14q32 and 4p16, IGH/CCND1 at 14q32 and 11q13, IGH/MAF at 14q32 and 16q23, and IGH/MAFB at 14q32 and 20q12.

Note: If enough material obtained, Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) will be added.
