          - Minimum 25 mg of villi required; place in transport media provided; store at room temperature - DO NOT FREEZE
          - DO NOT PLACE in FORMALIN
          - Contact the Laboratory for transport media if necessary
    
    Amniotic Fluid
          -Minimum 30 mL amniotic fluid required; store at room temperature - DO NOT FREEZE
          - Use multiple 15 mL centrifuge tubes or contact the lab for a sterile container.
