Specimen Requirements

     - 1 H&E and 3 unstained on plus slides

     - HER2/NEU FISH slides are delivered to Dr Ashley Cimino-Mathews to circle the tumor area on the H&E slide. The circled slides are placed in the blue Cytogenetics bin in the Weinberg sign out room to be picked up by the Lab.

     - For Sibley/Suburban, slides are given to the ordering pathologist to circle the tumor area on the H&E slide. Sibley/Suburban deliver to:

     - The Pathologist will place the slides in the Cytogenetics bin in the Weinberg signout room to be picked up by the Lab.
