- To setup an account, please contact the Flow Cytometry Laboratory at 410-614-2968.
- Please ship each specimen with a completed requisition form. The form must include the institution specific account code that will be supplied by the laboratory during account creation. All specimens must be labeled with at least two patient identifiers (such as patient name, date of birth, or medical record number) which must match the information on the accompanying requisition.
